Use of Services

• PsychSoulMate provides personality assessments and reports based on your responses to a published personality inventory. They are educational tools reviewed by a registered clinician. They are not a clinical assessment, a diagnosis, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to access our services.
• No user account is required to take the test or receive a report.
• By taking the test, you consent to our collection and processing of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Users are solely responsible for any personal or relationship decisions they make based on our reports. PsychSoulMate is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of our insights.

Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. PsychSoulMate does not store or process payment details.
• No refunds will be issued. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Unauthorized chargebacks filed through Stripe or PayPal will be considered a violation of these Terms. PsychSoulMate reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and take necessary action, including suspending access to services for users who attempt to circumvent payment policies.
• Third-Party Payment Disclaimer: All payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal. PsychSoulMate does not store, process, or control payment transactions. Any payment disputes, including failed transactions or duplicate charges, must be handled directly with the payment process

Intellectual Property

• All content on PsychSoulMate, including quizzes, reports, graphics, and text, is owned by PsychSoulMate and is protected under intellectual property laws.
• Users may not copy, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

Privacy & Data Usage

• By using our website and taking the personality test, you agree to our Privacy Policy (linked here).
• We store your email address and your answers so that we can generate your report and so you can return to it later. We do not sell personal information. Data shared with third parties for research is aggregated and anonymised first.
• We may use anonymized and aggregated data from quiz responses to create industry research reports.

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
